Please contact us before returning an item; unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers normally pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are available within the 30-day return period, subject to availability.
Customers in the United Kingdom and EEA also have a legal right to notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order; after notification, there are an additional 14 days to return the item, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
